Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and are subject to the conditions described below.

Individual Products

• The course has not been started.
• The course has been started, but the progress is less than 10%.
• Once a course is 10% complete or more, it is not eligible for a refund.

Bundle Products

• The courses in the bundle have not been started.
• For courses that have begun, the combined progress of all courses in the bundle is less than 10% or 10 hours, whichever is lower.
• For a partial refund, remaining courses may be charged at full retail price and the difference deducted from the refund.

Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Products

• Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be made at least seven (7) days before the training date.
• If your course requires a prerequisite, it must be completed at least seven (7) days before the training date.
• Failure to complete the prerequisite may result in unenrollment without compensation.

Exceptions

Refund requests will not be entertained for no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to complete the course.

Price Adjustment Policy

We offer a one-time price adjustment if your product has been marked down within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. We will refund the difference.

Refund Timeline

We initiate your refund immediately after it has been found eligible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may typically reflect in your statement within 7–10 business days.

BuildForce Platform Courses (PIN-Based Access)

BuildForce courses are delivered through the BuildForce platform using a unique access PIN. These codes are single-use, and all sales are final once a PIN has been issued.
